How do I cancel my reservation

Please contact us by email on adoor.guesthouse@gmail.com or call us on +60(0)12 451 2238/ +60(0)12 413 9803 if you wish to make a cancellation.

Unless otherwise specified under our cancellation policy we will refund in full if you cancel within 60 days of your expected arrival date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing but may be made initially by telephone.  Please note that the normal cancellation policies do not apply to non-refundable packages.

How do I make a special request?

If you have a special request for additional services or check-in time, please contact us at adoor.guesthouse@gmail.com or call us on +60(0)12 451 2238/ +60(0)12 413 9803.  We will try our best to accommodate all requests provided they do not affect the safety of our guests or staff.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are strictly not allowed.  If you bring pets you will not be allowed to check-in or you will be asked to leave the property and no refunds will be made for your reservation.

What currency do I pay in?

All rentals and deposits must be paid for in Malaysian Ringgit.

Can I check-in early or check-out later?

Where possible and subject to availability we are happy to allow you to check-in earlier or check-out later.  However, these cannot to be guaranteed at the time of booking.  Please check with our property manager (Miss Sze Sze on 016 440 6913) closer to your arrival date.  The latest possible check-out time is 1pm.  Check-out after 1pm will incur an additional half day charge.
